| Los
Angeles, California May 10, 1997 MyMall
Network Corporation, a major player in Internet commerce through its unique network of
electronic shopping malls, announced today a verbal agreement between MyMall and AMN
Television Marketing. After a short meeting, Serge
Gravelle, President/CEO of MyMall Network Corporation, and Joseph Gray, President of AMN
Television Marketing have express their commitment to change the face of online
advertising through the Internet.
Although the necessary technology's effectiveness has not
been proven yet, AMN is expecting unusual results from MyMall's technicians. No one has
yet been able to offer the average Internet visitor the ability to preview a TV broadcast
online. "It represents a real challenge." said Mr. Gravelle. "Basically,
only TV broadcasting-related companies have the financial support and technical background
to even consider taking that route at the present time. The technology is about 12 months
ahead of its time. MyMall wants to position itself as the leader in advertising
video-streaming on the Internet, for when the mass is ready to move up to the new
technology."
A brand new, high-tech electronic shopping mall will be built
and added to the already existent network. AMN will continue its marketing predominance it
has acquired by developing a brand new approach to TV advertising cost efficiency with the
Per Inquiry (PI) concept. PI is a term used for the ads placed on national TV networks but
where the advertiser pays only a percentage of the sales produced by a station. With the
high cost of advertising, AMN's services are very much in demand.
MyMall is expecting to add the new electronic mall by early
1998. If everything goes as scheduled, about a dozen of offers will first be tested,
followed by a total of 50 infomercials by the middle of next year.
