Los
Angeles, CA / April 19, 2000 – RevShare
Corporation (“The Company”) announced today it had acquired
a 90% interest in Web-hosting, design and e-commerce solutions provider MyMall
Network Corporation for an undisclosed amount.
The announcement was made by Joseph Gray, CEO of RevShare. Under
terms of the deal, MyMall Network will operate as a division of
RevShare. MyMall Network is the innovator of the virtual mall portal, and is a premier e-commerce oriented website design company, with a portfolio of over 1,000 sites completed within its four year history. MyMall will include RevShare’s proprietary 800WEB e-commerce software in its new turn-key solution for direct response television companies. MyMall’s new software will be private labeled for companies wishing to line extend by offering additional AS SEEN ON TV products on their web site. Direct Marketers will no longer be limited and can increase revenues by selling a wider variety of products. RevShare has developed the first and only e-commerce revenue sharing platform for the direct response television industry. Through MyMall, companies can plug into the platform and earn commissions averaging 30% of retail. As an incentive to retailers, MyMall is currently offering free web hosting for sites that participate in the private label revenue sharing program. MyMall Network was the first official network of Community & Global Electronic Shopping Malls in the world and currently lists over 2,200 stores in 24 distinct online malls in both domestic and international markets, including Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Africa.
